On December 1, 2018, Microsoft will be adjusting the Canadian pricing for commercial online services. They are making this re-alignment – a 5% increase to the price list – to reflect the global US dollar level. This update will not impact business customers’ existing orders under the volume licensing agreements for products with price projection. However, all distributors, partners, and customers who purchase additional products under certain volume licensing agreements, as well as purchases under new contracts, will be impacted by this price increase. Such products will be subject to the price list at the time of purchase.
Volume licensing program to be impacted come December 1st, 2018:
- Enterprise Agreement (Commercial, Government, Campus, and Enrollment for Education Solutions)
- Open Value Agreement (Commercial, Government, and Education Solutions)
- Agreement (Commercial, Government, and Academic)
- Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)
- Microsoft Subscription Program (Commercial, Government, Not for Profit and Academic)
